Blue Cottage has significant experience with development and successful implementation of initiatives for defining the future state for both clinical applications and non-clinical applications, particularly within the context of ambulatory care. Team members are skilled in the ability to identify optimal stakeholders to involve in the performance improvement efforts, identify solutions, and build in infrastructure to sustain the change. The operations planning and process re-design efforts enable the future state to come to fruition during pre-design, programming, and for transition. In these settings, the Blue Cottage team works closely with the leadership and identified end users to work through a process that is based on best practices and previous proven experience. Once the flow, plans and outline are established, leadership and end users in collaboration with Blue Cottage work out the implementation plan for piloting and putting specific scenarios in place to test the validity of the new process.
