Pareto Analysis

Pareto analysis is a statistical tool that identifies a limited number of tasks that produce the most significant overall effect. Otherwise known as the 80/20 Rule, the idea is that 80% of the advantage in an entire project can be generated by doing 20% of the work. For example, this rule applies to the task of implementing quality improvements: A large majority of problems—approximately 80%—are created by a small number of causes, roughly 20%. Regardless of your objective, our team can help you identify the small changes that can make the biggest impact on your organization.
