Bryna is an accomplished and innovative leader with diverse corporate and consulting experience facilitating healthcare system change and simplifying complex problems through design and implementation of clinical and capital projects. She leads the adoption of strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating transformation and alignment of people, processes, technology and space planning to impact how care is delivered and provide optimal clinical outcomes. Bryna is an expert at delivering high value solutions using an integrated change and project management approach layered with business acumen and an industry leader integrating operational readiness planning with capital redevelopment. Before joining Blue Cottage, she was Vice President, Operational Readiness and Clinical Programs at Sinai Health System in Toronto. She was Principal, Healthcare Operational Readiness Planning Discipline Lead at Stantec Consulting Ltd. She also held administrative and clinical positions at Rouge Valley Health System in Scarborough, Ontario, St. Mary’s General Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario, and Southlake Regional Health Center in Newmarket, Ontario. Bryna began her nursing career at University Health Network’s Toronto General Hospital. She received her Master of Business Administration and Graduate Diploma in Management from Athabasca University and her Diploma of Nursing from Seneca College. She is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) by the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
