Carol is an individual that thrives on supporting others, making the healthcare industry the logical destination for her. She is passionate about seeing how results from strategic realignment translates into patient experience improvements. Throughout her account management career, Carol has been drawn to people: as a collaborative and engaging team member, she understands that building relationships is the cornerstone to success. Carol is driven by the guiding principles of customer service, critical to long-term relationships: seeking to understand, delivering on commitments, exceeding expectations, and building rapport. She knows it is these principles which form the foundation for real problem-solving. Carol’s love of project process development and delivery found a home in marketing support and project management in many of her career roles. She now brings that effective process management to the executive team at Blue Cottage. Carol considers her term studying in London as a critical juncture of her education, having been introduced to both the course of history and it’s dynamic, cross-cultural human perspective. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
