In every endeavor Christine motivates organizations to find solutions that will transform the way they deliver care by making the fragmented healthcare system more effective. As a project leader focused on visioning and strategic planning, she helps large healthcare systems and top-tier academic medical centers develop an integrated approach to healthcare delivery at both the health system and community level. A proven leader and established strategic planner in healthcare, Christine is passionate about health reform, education reform, economic development, research innovation, business intelligence, and sustainability. She applies her skills to help clients reduce cost structure, improve IT infrastructure, and develop affiliations with surrounding community hospitals while expanding ambulatory access. Before joining Blue Cottage, Christine led business and strategy planning for academic medical centers and schools of medicine in large metropolitan areas, as a Principal of the academic health practice at ECG. She also led health reform readiness efforts with national consortia (AAMC, CHCA) to evaluate viability of ACO models and requirements for success. Christine received her Master of Health Services Administration degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
