Dawn LeBlanc, CPA
Director of Business Operations

Dawn is responsible for the financial and operations management at Blue Cottage. She’s a problem-solver and a people person, who works collaboratively to coordinate everything from travel arrangements to scheduling. Her primary objective is to provide a high-level of support to ensure that the team’s consultants can focus on the tasks that deliver the highest value to clients. Billing and accounts payable management are an important aspect of Dawn’s work, which includes the development and oversight of financial systems, reporting, planning, and controls. She’s dedicated to accuracy and clarity in billing, to build trust and simplify the process for clients. Dawn is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Blue Cottage, she was a controller at DRW Electric, the Director of Finance, Operations, and Development at Daycroft Montessori School, and Manager of Public Accounting at UHY, Inc. (formerly Follmer, Rudzewicz & Co.). She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Walsh College.
