Jarntip Lutz

With a passion for the dynamic, ever changing environment of health systems, Jarntip has an extensive background in successfully managing a wide variety of healthcare construction and renovation projects on time and on budget. She is skilled in analyzing the totality of current and future needs to improve patient experience and the overall efficiency of healthcare facilities. Jarntip works collaboratively on complex capital planning projects with multi-disciplinary groups of senior leadership, managers, front-line staff, and vendors, to identify and mitigate risk from pre-design planning through occupancy. Before joining Blue Cottage, Jarntip was a Senior Facilities Project Manager at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she delivered on several projects including a new 1 million SF campus. She also consulted at Irvine Team and Equipment Collaborative. Jarntip received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
