Jason applies his deep business sense, communications expertise, and technological know-how to the task of enhancing Blue Cottage’s brand and identity. He’s responsible for leading a variety of business development and marketing activities, including strategy and planning, client relationship management, communications, as well as development and administration of information technology, web sites, and social media. Heading up communications for Blue Cottage internally, with clients, and with the public, Jason is passionate about telling the company’s story and bringing its message to a broader audience. Equally important, he helps the team’s healthcare consultants present their concepts clearly and effectively so clients fully appreciate the recommendations being made for their organization. In every endeavor, Jason focuses on improving efficiency, collaboration, and information-sharing. Before joining Blue Cottage, he was a marketing coordinator for Karlsberger, a leader in healthcare planning, architecture and design, and a public relations manager for Economic Community Development Institute, a non-profit organization. He was also a staff writer for Record-Courier, a daily newspaper publication. Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with an emphasis on creative writing, from Kent State University.
