Jessica Foley
Project Coordinator

In her role supporting the Blue Cottage team, Jessica synchronizes the work of everyone involved in a project, offering guidance to ensure that each client’s project deliverables are developed with timely, effective results. A creative, detail-oriented project coordinator, she assists with research, analysis, marketing, and business development, often finding innovative ways to help project teams and clients collaborate and communicate. These skills often extend to clients, who Jessica assists in engaging with the patients and communities they serve. It’s a natural progression from her previous work as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist for Henry Ford Hospital, where she developed and facilitated therapeutic group workshops, activities, and outings for adult patients recovering from traumatic brain and other injuries. She also applied her passion for space planning and flow to create a year-round preschool where she served as the first director. Jessica also developed a gross-motor movement facility offering adaptive devices and therapeutic equipment for children with special needs, which is now recognized as a resource for the entire community. A passionate advocate of health and fitness, Jessica is a sustainable food advocate who is committed to helping communities grow and access non-GMO food. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in recreational therapy from Central Michigan University.
